'Free for 2'            15 hours Funding

 

Some two year olds are entitled to 15 hours per week free childcare. Families of the two year old must be in receipt of one or more of the following: Income Support/ Income based job seekers allowance/ Child tax credits at a rate higher than the family element of £547.50 per annum/ Extra working tax credit relating to a disability or pension credit

 

15 hours universal Funding for all     3 and 4 year olds

All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours per week free childcare for 38 weeks of the year. The funding starts the term sfter your child turns three and applies until they reach compulsory school age
